Those Bush Boys just love the drink.
The youngest son of Florida Gov. Jeb Bush was arrested early Friday and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest, law enforcement officials said. John Ellis Bush, 21, was released on $2,500 bond for the resisting arrest charge, and on a personal recognizance bond for the public intoxication charge.
It's not the first time Florida's first family has experienced legal problems with one of their children. Noelle Bush, the governor's daughter, was arrested in January 2002 and accused of trying to pass a fraudulent prescription at a pharmacy to obtain the anti-anxiety drug Xanax.
Normally, I would refrain from commenting on the family of a prominent politician. But Jeb Bush was elected on a "conservative" platform of family values. In other words, he somehow felt qualified to tell other people how to live their lives and run their families. Once again, conservatism is revealed to be a sham. If a person is always talking about his or her family or values, it is a good bet the family is a mess. One has to look no further than the Bush family to prove this point

ReplyDeleteJohn Ellis Bush is the product of a family riddled with racism, dishonestly, greed, idolatry, stupidity, criminal activity, back-stabbing, war-mongering and false personna. It was inevitable that he succomb to the enormous pressures placed on him to conform to the ideal Bush. He obviously is having trouble with that and is lashing out at his family and rebelling, just like Jenna and Not Jenna are doing to W and his lovely mannequin wife.
