(A Can't-Miss Movie by Award-Winning filmmaker Tom Murray)

Is religion something that only belongs to a few? Taking a secular point of view, FISH CAN'T FLY explores the lives of Gay men and women of faith as they recall their journeys to put their sexuality and spirituality in harmony. While the whole concept of changing ones' sexual orientation may be viewed with a high level of skepticism, ridicule and even humor by the larger GLBT community, these are the stories of people who have tried.

This exciting film contains candid, fascinating and heartfelt discussions about God and being Gay. There are even some surprisingly humorous events in hindsight. With the current social and political climate, this feature length documentary by award winning filmmaker Tom Murray, is timely.

The much-anticipated film will premiere at NEWFEST, Sunday, June 12th, at 3:45 PM. The festival is held at Loews Cineplex which is located on 34th street, near Eight Avenue in New York City.

Jo from Butte, so you proclaim to be the voice of God? I suggest you go back and re-think your own lifestyle because judging and hating others is your one way ticket to hell yourself. By the way, get some real information and learn once and for all that being gay is not a lifestyle nor a choice, it is a characteristic trait, get to know us, we are really great people and you might just learn something. Al this God hates this, God hates that. What a fantasy you people live in. We don't even know if there is a God, nevermind what he thinks about anything for that matter. Excuses like "The bible tells me so" is meaningless. The bible is not the word of any God. You fundies are living lie.

The whole idea of there being a God that makes people Gay then sends them to hell for it is the stupidest scenario ever told. The truth is that over the course of history, men have defined the mind of God much to their own. Amazing that God has a mind so much like the folks who found him. Get Real!!

The truth is Jo that you don't approve of the so called "gay lifestyle" and it is you and others like you that would like to throw all the Faggots in Hell for an eternal roasting. You find homosexuality gross and therefore in your delusional mind, so does God. You are pathedic!!!!
