Harriet Miers turned in her homework to the Senate Judiciary Committee and both Democratic and Republican leaders gave her an F-. There were so many red marks on the page, that they shoved the embarrassing document back in her face and demanded that she resubmit her work. Various members of the Committee even said they found her responses "inadequate," "insufficient" and "insulting."
At this point, I see no rational reason why anyone would vote for Miers. She's a crony of no legal distinction and it is becoming increasingly clear that she is stridently pro-life. The question now remains why so many leading Neo-Puritans are against her? After all, she has a pro-life record, belongs to a right wing church, thinks Bush is "cool" and is for draconian sodomy laws.
I think comedian Bill Maher is correct when he suggests that it is because they are uncomfortable with the fact that she is unmarried. Conservatives fear this means that she is either a lesbian or asexual. Either way, she did not fulfill her sacred duty to procreate. If she is a lesbian, they reason, she may swing to the left or have a secret gay agenda she will unveil with a lifetime appointment.
We really don't know who Miers is or who she fancies (other than Bush), but there is one label that is beginning to emerge: "Unimpressive."

Bush likes her becasue she kisses his ass and they are both stupid.
"Miers provided misleading information to Judiciary Committee." An article written by Ron Brynaert let's all know that she along with her boss, little Bush, are a bunch of lying, deceitful thugs. All of Bushs' friends are fakes and frauds!
