President Bush made a previously unannounced visit to Kabul Wednesday to rally U.S. troops in Afghanistan and praise embattled Afghan leader Hamid Karzai at a time of rising violence from the Taliban and al Qaeda terrorists.

You know your poll numbers are bad when you are an American president who is more popular in Kabul. Bush should smoke some poppy while there. After all, his entire foreign policy is a pipe dream.

Perhaps it's because like these children living on top of the dungheaps of Baghdad, he's the only one who's shown that he gives a s*** about them...

How much weed have YOU been smoking? Bush doesnt give a shit about anybody except the rich and powerful. What about the kids in this country who are basically living on 'dungheaps' while any programs to help them are perpetually being cut so the filthy rich can keep getting their tax breaks.
If those lands didnt have oil, bush wouldnt have given them the time of day.

Presidents often go on foreign trips when the sh** hits the fan back home. It's a way to distract people. Nixon did it when Watergate was boiling over and he was in danger of being impeached. If only Congress would live up to it's duty and begin impeachment proceedings...

If you actually believe that Bush "cares about the children", you are sorely mistaken. Poor children live in squalor all over the world. Do you really think that he went into Iraq because of their particular children? I'm afraid it just ain't so! And if I were you, I'd stop taking the NY Post seriously!

He STILL doesnt care about those people asshole; nor his own. NOTHING has been done in the gulf coast katrina disaster, It's still totally trashed, nothing cleaned up and the homeless are still living in roofless homes with buckets for toilets. Bush: WORST PRESIDENT EVER!!!!!!!!

Anonymous, the fact that Afghanistan has no oil potential in no way proves your original premise that "George W. Bush cares about the children". The "logic" and "reasoning" capabilities of religious kooks like yourself are astoundingly lacking.
