NEW YORK - Truth Wins Out slammed Exodus International today for its slippery Allies Too Week, which masquerades as a tolerance campaign, when its real intention is to marginalize gay students, while encouraging bullies.
The website asks students to download a brochure which says, "A secondary problem arises when GLBT-advocacy groups attempt to solve the problem of bullying by indoctrinating all students with their values. Rather than promoting true tolerance, they polarize students by marketing their own ideas as 'progressive' and labeling all differing viewpoints as 'bigoted' and 'homophobic.'"
"The Allies Too campaign is dishonest in that it fails to inform students that Exodus repeatedly refers to gay people as 'perverse' and 'sexually broken,'" said Besen. "This group also works to pass anti-gay laws and believes that homosexuality is demonic. The Allies Too campaign is twisted, in that students who object to being insulted and labeled as defective are smeared as 'intolerant.' The Allies Too campaign is a slick attempt to turn logic on its head and make bullies feel that there is a moral justification for isolating and ridiculing gay students."

It is truly amazing how dumb these people are. Simply put, tolerance does NOT mean being tolerant of people who are intolerant of others. It's like saying black people should be more "tolerant" of the KKK, and Jews should be more "tolerant" of the Nazis! These people are truly beyond stupid.

It's called swiftboating, perverting a person's moral and political strengths into *apparent* weaknesses through lies and subterfuge. KKKarl Rove was a master at it. This kind of hateful intolerance is what is giving Christianity a bad name to younger and younger generations (as a recent poll showed). Contrary to helping their cause, these maggots are just driving more and more of the upcoming generations into our camp! Thanks guys.

The "ex gays" are nothing but kooks, quacks and holocaust revisionists. This isn't surprising, and no GLBT group should EVER welcome the "ex gays" because of their "kill all gays" message.

“Thoughtful dialog” my derriere. The mere suggestion that it’s “healthy and good” to debate my worth as a human being is harassment.
Beyond stupid is right, it’s morally depraved. Mike Ensley, Randy Thomas and Alan Chambers of Exodus would lobby in a heartbeat to have us all imprisoned and put to death if it were up for “debate.”
