The actor Heath Ledger was found dead this afternoon in an apartment building at 421 Broome Street in SoHo, according to the New York City police. Mr. Ledger was 28.
At 3:31 p.m., a masseuse arrived at Apartment 5A in the building for an appointment with Mr. Ledger, the police said. The masseuse was let in to the home by a housekeeper, who then knocked on the door of Mr. Ledger’s bedroom. When no one answered, the housekeeper and the masseuse opened the bedroom and found Mr. Ledger unconscious. They shook him, but he did not respond. They immediately called the authorities.
The police said they did not suspect foul play. Officials said pills were found near the body.

This is really terrible. And I found out that his parents, back home in Australia, found out by hearing it on the news! What a shame. 28 and you lose your life. Times like this make me appreciate what I have more.

So very sad indeed. Can you imagine, that evil Fred Phelps and his cult are planning on picketing Heath's funeral because of his appearance in Brokeback Mountain. No wonder we've become the laughing stock of the western world. What a disgrace though and why have we become such a backward society where scum like this spread their venom. This is not about free speech but hate speech, huge difference. About time it was banned.

I've been told by 2 sources today that Suckabee plans to stand WITH the Fred Phelps klan at Ledger's funeral.
I hope it's true! That'll kill his chances of ever aligning the constitution with the bible, and making it mandatory that all men marry their relatives - like they do where he's from!
