The New York Post got a transcript of Oliver Stone's tough feature film about Bush. Stone calls him "horrible . . . worst in history." Josh Brolin plays W.; Elizabeth Banks, Laura; James Cromwell, papa Bush; Ellen Burstyn, mama Barbara; Thandie Newton, Condoleezza. First-ever movie about a sitting president, shooting in Shreveport, La., is so hush-hush secret that all scripts are embargoed. Watermarked so that each is traceable. However, the Post got a copy and it is worth a read. The story uses real scenes from Bush's life and explains how he became and international disgrace that damaged American interests at home and abroad.

I wanted to say that it was too bad this film didnt come out before the 2004 elections, but I doubt if it would have made much of a difference. I heard on the news recently that *on average*, Americans read on a 7th grade level; appalling, but considering what party has been in power since 1994, it doesnt surprise me one bit.

You can bet that the right wing and corporate media will do all they can to bad-mouth this one, if not get it banned. Truth always hurts.
In the final analysis, you have to blame the dumb American electorate for ever electing/selecting a moron of Bush's ilk. You get what you vote for. To think, they voted for him twice. Once was bad enough!
If the dems don't get their act together sooner rather than later and go after McCain, then we'll see yet another four more years of Bush policies. Clinton and Obama need to stop the nonsense and the bickering, while McCain is getting a free ride unscathed by the time November rolls around. We saw what happened in the 2004 disaster. It will happen again if they don't nominate sooner rather than later.
