I was honored to have lunch today with Ray Boltz (center), a major gospel star who came out of the closet earlier this year. His bravery shook the Christian world and made many people question their assumptions.

My partner Jamie Brundage and TWO board member Rev. Jerry Stephenson (left) joined us for a very enjoyable afternoon.

Yes it's true! They are both like Rick Warren! I wonder if Warren is trying to infiltrate Wayne's organization by sending look-alike clones of himself! :)

On another note, Warren now says he "loves straights and gays" (even though he thinks we should be subjected to different treatment, hmmmm) and is also "a huge fan of Melissa Etheridge" and even gushed about the fact that "she agreed to sign her Christmas album for me!" when she performed for him yesterday.

Ray Blotz is one of my all time favorite gospel singers. As a former gospel singer to gay and lesbian churches, I performed some of his music many times. Kuddos to you and your partner for reaching out!
