Isn't it amazing that all of these wackos are in the GOP? How on earth can they claim they are an inclusive party, inclusive of what exactly? What I do know is that they're masters of the double standard. They're the biggest hypocrites and religious bigots of all time, in fact they have the monopoly on both by a large majority. No wonder they're in disarray and in political exile. The more they spew their nonsense, the more alienated they become. Long may that continue.

Besides policy, one of the reasons that I am a Democrat is because the Republicans often appeal to the darkest, worst side of human beings, while the Democrats usually appeal to our better side. Republicans have rarely hesitated to use prejudice and fear in order to get votes. Democrats are far from perfect, but I am proud to be a progressive. The Republican Party is deviously brilliant in exploiting the worst among us. Karl Rove was and is a prime example of that.
